Data Science
What We Do
Our data scientists are responsible of collecting both traditional and alternative datasets from different sources, evaluating them, cleaning through automated scripts and manual intervention as requested, and deliver them in a format easily usable for analysis by our quantitative researchers. In addition, the team helps create visualization tools to facilitate our quants to gain more easily valuable insights from vast amounts of data.

Quantitative Research
What We Do
The quantitative research team is at the core of our investment process. It is responsible of analyzing considerable amounts of data using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques in order to find patterns and insights which can be used in our investment funds to generate alpha.

What We Do
Our quantitative development team creates new software and algorithms needed to support all of our other investment functions. In particular, they develop tools for data cleaning, performing sophisticated quantitative analyses, connect to the exchanges and prime brokers, and execute our investment strategies into production.

Operations & Execution
What We Do
Our operations and execution team continuously monitors the investment positions in our funds to make sure that everything is running smoothly, and promptly intervenes when needed. In particular, it manages trade capture, settlement, and reconciliation, monitor the P&L, and process corporate actions. In addition, it provides insights to other teams that can help them in developing new investment products or reducing transaction costs by constantly watching market action in different conditions.

Risk Management
What We Do
Our risk management team makes sure that all the risks in our company are properly kept under control, and promptly intervenes to bring all investment exposures within predefined limits when necessary.

What We Do
Our accounting and administration team is responsible of keeping the books for our companies and hedge funds. They make sure that enough margin capital is available to execute trades, periodically update the capital accounts in our investment entities, support the audit process of our hedge funds, prepare and file tax returns, manage accounts payable, and report to our investors.
